The engineering company outgrew itself. The company specialized in surveying from Traunstein Bavaria grew drastically over the course of four years. For the new chapter in their history they legally needed a new company name and identity that carried their legacy but also helped them to envision their future.
The new name, Limbus, is of Latinate Origin and opens a mental world of machines, cogwheels and measuring instruments – perfect for an engineering office. The new brand identity rallies around the idea of making impossible things possible. A metaphor that is mirrored in the impossible triangle of the logo. The brand design features a bright torch read and more subdued shades of blue.
